ALL
This is going to be such a great help, I am starting a home group and the teaching part of the home group is going to be Apologetics, to help us follow and finish Gods will for our life, and to be faithful to defend the faith and evangelize. In recent studying it seems Evangelism and Apologetics go hand in Hand, not always but a lot of the time.
Thank you for this info.

Still waiting for those series downloads like Natural Theology and such.
When will those be available in mp3?

Hey Fred, it is on our calendar to revamp the entire online store so that all products (including audio downloads) are on the same software with checkout from the same cart. Right now the two are separate with two shopping carts, two checkouts, two transactions, etc. But as good Calvinists we must align our calendar with the divine calendar or nothing will ever come to pass. So please keep it in prayer! And if we make the announcement then to God be all the glory!
The Bellflower Lectures, aka Natural Theology and other larger sets will also be available at significantly reduced prices on mp3 CD’s.

I was just on the FD site and I realized that we forgot to put up a Biblical Thought link! I think it’s helpful to be able to link back and forth to the two sites with ease.
What does everyone else think?
BT link on FD or not?
What about:
BIBLICAL THOUGHT
humanistic thought’s antithesis
Just a working idea for a t-shirt or hat or something…

It should be there!
If we have comments on the site where do you want us to email? I’ve found some things that might need to be looked at.

Glen, send them to me (you should still have my email).
If not, then just use the BT contact form with Attn: Stephen.
Thanks…

Definitely link the two I go back and forth sometimes.
that’s a good shirt, maybe a Roman Sword going down the center of the shirt, with an old style banner wrapping it a couple times, with the website and the quote in the banner.

OK, the BT link is up on FD now. It’s in the right side column. Hopefully that will make it easy to switch back and forth.
P.S. We designed the site to be optimized with Firefox. I just noticed the difference when I viewed it with Internet Exlorer 7 on my PC laptop (I’ve been converted to Mac by gunpoint!).

I didn’t know a better place to put this so I’ll place it here.
I would love your prayers for my 4 month old son. He is in the hospital right now having problems breathing. His CO2 level is more than twice above normal so he is not exhaling his CO2. He is on O2 all the time at .5 liters, but while here he is at 11 liters to keep his O2 sats up.
He is a special needs baby and has been a blessing to us. He has a long road ahead. I ask that God heal him of this current problem if that is His will and that God give us the strength to bear the trials He has given to us. Most of all I ask that God be glorified through this trial.

Dear Glen~
We will pray for your infant son!
“Brothers, as an example of patience in the face of suffering, take the prophets who spoke in the name of the Lord. As you know, we consider blessed those who have persevered. You have heard of Job’s perseverance and have seen what the Lord finally brought about. The Lord is full of compassion and mercy.”–James 5:10-11
We agree with you for God’s perfect will…to His glory…
“In the same way the Spirit helps us in our weakness. We do not know what we ought to pray for, but the Spirit Himself intercedes for us with groans that words cannot express. And He who searches our hearts knows the mind of the Spirit, because the Spirit intercedes for the saints in accordance with God’s will”.–Romans 8:26-27
God’s grace…

Glen,
We’re praying for your son, you, and your family, brother.
“Sir Aaron” is flying in from Texas and will hang out with us and attend our worship team practice tomorrow (Thursday) night. We’ll lift up your child in prayer…
Keep us posted of his condition…
No worries posting this here. Forum Rule #8 stipulates that prayer requests among a few other things are not only permitted in any thread regardless of topic - but encouraged!

Daniel update:
The doctors gave him Lasix yesterday and his CO2 level came down to what is his baseline. Then they withheld the dose last night because they thought he might be getting dehydrated. This morning his CO2 level was higher than it had been before so they are going to start the Lasix again and see what happens.
Also please keep in prayer our other boys and that they don’t feel out of place with my wife and I at the hospital. Also that God be glorified in all of this and that my wife and I don’t miss any oportunities to share the faith that is within us and we don’t waste any chances to share the Gospel.
Thanks for your prayers!

Quick update on my son.
Daniel is doing ok as of now. He is still in the hospital and will probably be there until next week. His O2 levels are fine, but his CO2 levels are still high. They are trying to do forced air to open his airways to see if that will work, If not then they will have to do some more. We are praying that this works because if it does not then they might have to intibate or do a tracheotomy. The doc said that if the intibate there is a chance they will not be able to extibate (possibly for his entire life).
Please pray that we have to strength to handle any situation that arises and that God be glorified in all.

Another update on Daniel,
Daniel is still in the hospital. They are removing the pH probe this morning and will have the results on Monday to see if he has acid reflux. If he does then we are looking at a surgery for a fundoplycation, if not then we kind of go back to the drawing board.
God is definitely teaching me time management as I juggle our other boys, hospital, work, school, and teaching at church. Please continue to pray that God is glorified in all. We have had to opportunity to share the Gospel with some of the staff so that is a blessing.

Hi Glen~
Thanks for the update on your baby. We continue to pray that the God of all comfort will be with you and will fill you with strength to accomplish all that you must during this time of trial…and trusting Him. What an encouragement that you seek to glorify Him in all.
We send our love and prayers…

Prayer request,
It was confirmed today that Daniel will be having a tracheotomy in the next couple of days. Please pray that the surgery goes well and that my wife and I have the strength to handle the trials ahead.
Also, I am having a hard time at work with all this. My boss is giving me a hard time about the time off to spend with my son. Please pray that he has a change of heart and that I react as a christian should. BTW… He is definitely unregenerated so his salvation would be a good thing also.
