This article discusses the recent prayer offered by a Muslim Imam at the opening of a session at the Iowa legislature. The Imam prayed for “victory over those who disbelieve” and “protection from the great Satan”. The victory over disbelievers is elaborated by Sura 5:33 which talks about getting victory via the sword:
Their punishment is…execution, or crucifixion, or the cutting off of hands and feet from the opposite sides, or exile from the land.
Furthermore, the “great Satan” is used by terrorists to refer to America. This term has been used by terrorists to describe America as they video themselves in the process of separating heads from bodies. Did the Iowa politicians learn their lesson and realize that they were naive? Do they realize that those that actually follow the teachings of the Quran will seek to dominate other religions any way they can? Or do they gulp down the propaganda being spread by our own military telling everyone that jihad merely means “washing of the hands”?

That a Muslim would open up a session of legislature for any state, is indeed telling. The fig tree is blossoming…may the Lord return soon!
Just goes to show you how ignorant our political leaders are! Those that are leading this country are the ones that will drive it into the ground dew to there p.c. and ignorance. Turly we need to get on our hands and knees and cry out to the Lord of Host, that he would bring conviction upon those in leadership of this counrty. Or we just might see the falg of islam flying over this great country of ours.
Very interesting Drew. It is as if our leaders know exactly what they are doing! Let them say their “prayers,” rather, their chants because no one but Satan listens to them. As they worship a false God who cannot hear, see, or speak, let us endure and press on in this race set before us! We know our God is sovereign. Christ in the truth! Islam will not stand against the God of Israel! Let them bring it with the sword, we will bring it with the spiritual Sword, which is the Word of God, and the fact that he gave His life for people of all tribes, tongues, and nations! Until then we pray that God saves terrorists and arrests them to His glory and He did Saul in the New Testament! Bring it on Islam, to quote a brother of mine, “you’re stepping into a mighty reformation!” Rise up O men of God, be steadfast, immovable, always abounding in the work of the Lord! Our labor is not in vain!

report posted on Islam Watch, a site run by Muslims who oppose intolerant teachings and hatred for unbelievers, exposes a prominent Islamic cleric and lawyer who support extreme punishment for non-Muslims — including killing and rape.
A question-and-answer session with Imam Abdul Makin in an East London mosque asks why Allah would tell Muslims to kill and rape innocent non-Muslims, including their wives and daughters, according to Islam Watch.
“Because non-Muslims are never innocent, they are guilty of denying Allah and his prophet,” the Imam says, according to the report. “If you don’t believe me, here is the legal authority, the top Muslim lawyer of Britain.”
The lawyer, Anjem Choudary, backs up the Imam’s position, saying that all Muslims are innocent.

“You are innocent if you are a Muslim,” Choudary tells the BBC. “Then you are innocent in the eyes of God. If you are not a Muslim, then you are guilty of not believing in God.”
Choudary said he would not condemn a Muslim for any action.
“As a Muslim, I must support my Muslim brothers and sisters,” Choudary said. “I must have hatred to everything that is not Muslim.”

A new poll has found that more than 60 percent of Arabs believe violence is a permissible reaction to Western interference in a country, and 55 percent believed offensive words or behavior was another acceptable response, Qatar’s Gulf Times reported.
The survey, conducted by YouGov, a British research and consulting firm, found that nearly half of all Arabs said they have met someone with extreme religious views, according to the Gulf Times. The survey was conducted between March 18 and 23 and included 940 respondents across the Arab world.
More than half the respondents believed that poor religious leadership caused the extremism — although 70 percent said the problem had been exaggerated, according to the report. Some 80 percent believed it provided an excuse for Western interference in Muslim countries.
