Hello,

The 5 points of Calvinism is somewhat misleading. Calvin himself had never heard of Tulip and may have been allergic to the flower via all the diseases that he did have.

I embrace the concepts behind Tulip with important qualifications. I believe Morey would agree.

Respectfully,

Jean Cauvin (Jude 3).

Glen,
I think Danny illustrated total depravity as well. Thus, LOL would have a start on the T & L in TULIP. Hey Glen, you can also direct LOL to your paper on God's sovereignty and human responsibility.

Great job Danny. Happy New Year everyone!

LOL, if you read this post, this is a good starting point for one of the 5 points of Calvinism (the "L" of TULIP).

T - Total Depravity
U - Unconditional Election
L - Limited Atonement
I - Irresistible Grace
P - Perseverance of the Saints

I'm still going to get to the 5 points in total when I can. I haven't forgotten.
